Thomas Cooper Gotch (1854-1931) was an English Pre-Raphaelite painter and illustrator. He was known for his romanticised scenes of English country life, often featuring beautiful women in classical poses. His work often featured elements of symbolism, and he was a master of the use of colour. His work has been widely exhibited, and his prints are highly sought-after by collectors.
