Juan Gris (1887-1927) was a Spanish painter and sculptor, and one of the most important figures of the Cubist movement. He was a master of still life and landscapes, often depicting everyday objects in a fragmented and abstracted way. Gris’s works are known for their bold colours, geometric shapes, and a sense of harmony, and his influence on the development of modern art is undeniable. His work continues to be highly sought after and appreciated by art collectors and enthusiasts around the world.
