Luca Giordano (1634-1705) was an Italian painter and draughtsman of the Baroque period. He is considered to be one of the most prolific painters in the history of art, and his works can be found in many of the world's finest art museums. Giordano was known for his vibrant colours and dynamic compositions, and his works often featured mythological and religious themes.
