Spencer Frederick Gore
1878 - 1914
Spencer Frederick Gore (1878-1914) was an English Post-Impressionist painter and one of the founders of the Camden Town Group. His works are characterised by their vivid colours and bold brushstrokes. He was a major influence on British modernism and his works are highly sought after by art collectors. Gore's paintings are often described as having a 'lyrical quality' and his use of colour and texture is seen as highly influential in British art.
We have 14 artworks in our catalogue by Gore available for order. Browse our full collection of Gore prints, or browse other English artists.
