Jean-Honore Fragonard
1732 - 1806
Jean-Honoré Fragonard (1732-1806) was a French Rococo painter and printmaker whose works are known for their lighthearted and playful style. He is best known for his genre scenes and landscapes, which often feature figures in a dream-like setting. His works often evoke a sense of romance and nostalgia, and his use of vivid colours and dynamic brushstrokes lend an air of whimsy to his pieces. Fragonard's works are highly sought after and have been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world.

Of our Prints and Others...
The quality of a Giclée fine art print may be generally reckoned from the weight, and therefore, thickness, of the printing paper that is used. That is, the heavier, weightier the printing paper that is used, the better the likely quality. Weight of paper is measured in 'Grams per Square Metre' or 'gsm' for short. So, without further ado...
