Robert Delaunay
1885 - 1941
Robert Delaunay (1885-1941) was a French avant-garde artist who is best known for his pioneering abstract paintings. He was a central figure in the development of Orphism, a branch of Cubism that focused on the use of vivid colours and geometric shapes. He created a series of works known as "Windows" which explored the relationship between colour and light. His work was highly influential in the development of modern art, and his prints are highly sought after by collectors.
We have 48 artworks in our catalogue by Delaunay available for order. Browse our full collection of Delaunay prints, or browse other French or Expressionism artists.
