Thomas Hosmer Shepherd
1792 - 1864
Thomas Hosmer Shepherd (1793-1864) was a British artist and topographical draughtsman who specialised in architectural views. He was best known for his detailed engravings and aquatints of the cities and countryside of Britain, which he produced between 1820 and 1860. Shepherd's work was highly sought after in his day and today his prints remain popular among art collectors for their accuracy and attention to detail.
We have 91 artworks in our catalogue by Shepherd available for order. Browse our full collection of Shepherd prints, or browse other English artists.
